Life happens — we completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which will be applied to your next visit.
If you’re running behind, please call the salon as soon as possible. Depending on timing and scheduling, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to maintain service quality.
Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee.
We value your time and ours. Guests who miss an appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
This fee must be paid before booking future appointments.
